Yep, I said it. As daunting as it may seem, sometimes it is a necessity.  There are a lot of reasons why this could become necessary. For example, our Team recently worked with a large organization that had acquired multiple business units that were all on different instances of Vista and still using an on premise servers. We worked together to create a "Gold Standard" configuration template that all of the SBU's were converted to, which led to easy consolidated financials and all kinds of comphrehensive reporting that allowed them to run their business better as a whole.
